So- massive headache, probably due to caffeine withdrawal.
Minor upset stomach because of lax tea
I don’t know, my last helping of lemonade tonight was pretty hard to choke down.
I mean I’m not overweight because I don’t like food. I miss food and its only been a day…less than a day really. but then again, isn’t that one of the main reasons I’m doing this? To improve my health and cut my cravings for bad for me food.
Grrrrr….
OK, going to drink tea and distract myself.

Not really hungry, just bored and thinking of food or cooking makes me want to est, but I just drink more stuff.
I had to toss the first batch, because cyanne gets hotter the longer it is in liquid my lemonade was hella hott.
I feel ok. Nothing really to report except a mild headache.

Ok Prep day two and I’ve learned a couple of things.
The lax tea works, it works fast and takes no prisoners.
I’m looking forward to this because I want to feel better. The weight loss and clearer skin elements aside…
About 2 years ago in September I came down with a horrible stomach virus. I was out of town at a conference and was sent to my room after my presentation for “looking green”. I stayed sick for almost two weeks that time.
For the next year there was a series of various tummy and digestive problems leading to last October landing in the ER with what everyone thought was my gall bladder and ended up being blockage. Ewww, I know, right.
So I’ve finally been diagnosed with stress related IBS and I just don’t want to go through any of that again.
The drawbacks:
I am a foodie. So the temptation will be there. I’m also really really stubborn.
I’m the cook for most of my family, so temptation plus cooking.
I don’t like talking or dealing with things coming out of my body. I mean, I hate blowing my nose in public, so this could get interesting.
Thats all for today, I’m going to have my last snack (italian popcorn) and head off to bed.
I’ve already mixed my first batch and ready to go in the morning.
