So far I’m through 26% of the albums. Quite a few of them I just have no interest in listening to, so I’m not really trying to get through the entire list. However, there are a lot of essential albums on there I’ll be listening to 1 by 1, till I’ve at least tripled my original percentage.

How I did it: About a year and a half ago I got into a long distance relationship with my now fiancĂ©e, who lives in Finland. She had came to visit me in the US a couple of times already, so I felt it was my turn to see her country and meet her family as well. I've been in Tampere the whole time, and while there's not a whole lot we've done, just being in a new place is pretty exciting. The scenery is nice, and wildlife is a pretty common sight at night… Read how I did it…
I can’t go to uni or anything, but I’ve got incredible amounts of spare time. One of my favorite things to do when I’m bored is read about philosophy and psychology, and I plan to spend more time better understanding as much as I can.
I’ve been playing guitar for about 5 years now, mostly taught using online resources and teaching myself songs. I’ve got a basic understanding of music theory, and can easily find my way around the fret board, but I’ve never had the discipline to learn everything I should.
I plan to become much more proficient by the end of the year.
