  1. The good feeling of yesterday rolling over into today.
  2. Started a new job…and confirmed the promotion’s gig on weekends!!
  3. Finished my quota for the day and I didn’t even work the entire day!
  4. Getting to see my mum. She had minor surgery but is doing good.
  5. Making it home before the rain and not being able to resist the call of warm sheets once inside.
  6. My puppy giving so much love tonight.
  7. Productivity, creativity and motivational levels are all running on HIGH!

Tonight was great! 2 days ago

I had the opportunity of meeting some great people and will definitely be making some alliances. It’s so funny how well a group of people who don’t know each other can come together and have such a wonderful time over wine and discussion. No race, no social, no age barriers. I’m totally glad that I went b/c as time was ticking I was having second thoughts. However, it feels good to come out of your comfort zone from time to time. I even got a potential gig on weekends for the next couple weeks! It’s funny how networking works. Tonight showed how each person was interlinked by someone else and that totally showed that networking is a good thing to expand upon.

I’m sooo loving my life! So happy I’ve decided to simply do want I want to do, however simple or small. It’s nights like these that I just am grateful that I’m not working an 8-4 job and hating everyday of it. But I’m actively living my life and enjoying the ride. Last year I wouldn’t even venture to ask someone a question far less to do half the things that I have done. My life has changed and it’s because I wanted it to! And this change is providing me with happiness that a cheque can’t provide! I’m loving it!

Oh and I just kept getting compliments about my skin tonight! I got it from the time I got in the door. Can you imagine my ego scale tonight? LMAO
