I had a bit of help, and did this at a small brewing company that lets you brew beer with their ingredients.
The experience was fun, and the beer came out great. Plus, I have a better appreciation for the whole process.
I have a friend who homebrews, and I’d love to go even smaller scale and make beer with him.
