An attempt was made to summit San Gorgonio last weekend, but who knew a fluke cold snap would cut the trip short. The temperature dropped to -10C overnight, too bad the sleeping bag was only good to -5. I’ll wait for better weather next time. The mountain was beautiful though…
So, maybe this was an easy goal, and perhaps not worth putting in my top 43, but what can I say… I have to start somewhere. This dish is easy to make (I used 4 ingredients), and suprisingly tasty. I would recommend indulging at least once in your lifetime.
