I guess I can celebrate now! I had the house on the market for 6 days and I had 3 full price offers before the first open house. It’s tempting to think that it must have been too cheap, but I prefer to think that I pitched it just right. I wanted it to sell quickly and it has. Amazing what you can do with 40 litres of pale buttermilk coloured paint and 20 punnets of petunias! It was a lot of work getting it ready, but the result justifies it all.

I did two, a very brief one that was almost just a time line of my professional life & times and another that was more skills based with examples of stuff I can do. I got three great job offers; and today I got a call confirming that I’d passed their security screening and I would be getting a written offer for my dream job.
A whole bunch of great stuff happened today!

I’m so pleased, my house looks great and I know where everything is. I’m still a hoarder at heart, and I could probably get rid of more stuff. I’ll have another cull as I pack my boxes to move.
