I have signed up to fitness club and I go there 3 times a week now. I feel really good about it since I tried to push myself to do some weight exercises at home and it never worked. Now, weight room motivates me a lot so I don’t have this problem any more. For the rest of the week I was planning to run, it’s just kind of hard now since there is lots of snow. But I’m about to run in the snow!
