I sold my PC, so obviously I spend less time at the screen now. I still have laptop though, since one can’t live without internet and stuff like that these days. I also bought an Xbox360, but I don’t spend as much time playing as I did when I had the PC. Plus, when I play on the Xbox, it’s often with a friend, so it’s more social. In conclusion, this is totally worth doing!

How I did it: I guess I just stopped thinking "hmm but maybe I'll this thing someday" and just took the decision to get rid of stuff I don't use anymore. Like video games, for instance. Once I've completed them I rarely go back and play them again, but I used to hang on to them anyway "just in case". Now I sell them if I feel pretty certain that I'm not gonna play them again. How I did it: Tried it in San Diego during a road trip of the U.S. I knew I wanted to try surfin while I was in the States, so when I saw a flyer concerning surfing instructions, my friend and I grabbed the opportunity. Read how I did it…
I went to a swimming bath between 2 and 5 times a week for a month and have improved my breast stroke technique and my stamina. I haven’t mastered crawl yet though.
I found out a way that made me eat more fruit. I placed a plate filled with at least three different kinds of fruit right next to my computer. So whenever I felt a little hungry, I would just take a piece fruit beacuse it was so close and didn’t needed to be cooked or anything. So I guess I made my laziness work in my favor.
