I’m now 90% vegan and 10% vegetarian.( ie I only have vegan food at home but am not so strict when i’m out with others as i don’t want to isolate myself ). Very happy with this. Thought I’d try it for a month and see how it went. have now done this for three months and feel great.
Advise to others … Buy some vegan cook books. it really wouldn’t have been possible for me to make this change without finding out and learning about the things i COULD eat rather than couln’t.
I live alone and so the best book has been ” vegan cooking for one”. Find it on Amazon.
