First post in two years here. Wow, going around the world would be the coolest thing ever. My main objective at the moment is to travel to Japan, but going to various places and finding new worlds; that has to be a euphoric experience for people.

What a weird turn of events…
I live in this really stupid town where virtually everywhere u go, theres an idiot waiting to come insult u. Ive lived here for about 3 years now and thought nothing would come out of it.
Then I heard the main high school here (i go to a charter school) had archery but discontinued it due to lack of insurance, so I asked my counsler to see if we could have an archery club. She said no, but told me to talk to our social studies teacher (for some weird reason…). I talk to my SS teacher and tells me to talk to this one teacher in the main high school.
It turns out that this teacher is a very gifted archer and her father has an archery store in a place thats middle of nowhere.
He shows me how to use a bow and it wasnt as hard as i thought it would be :D

I still have to learn how to use a recurve bow and then ill try to buy one. For now, this still hasnt been done as a goal. :)

Oh man, I want a shamisen so bad!

I was considering getting one for christmas, but never got the chance to.

I have to rely on eBay for one :S
Can anyone recommend something for a person who wants to learn how to play a Tsugaru-Shamisen. Thanks!
