How I did it
How I did it: I started in january of 09, with the goal of building muscle and losing weight, and over all feeling better. I got a Weight bench, started with a total of 100 reps in 5 exersises, full body workout everyother day. I increased weight and reps every month, added push ups and situps to the warmup and cool down. By june i was at almost 300 reps every other day and an hour of bike riding on the off days.
