Just read 1 & 2. Lots of weird stuff in the storyline! Of course not being a comic book reader, I find the pace and editing of the comics really frustrating—so slow w/way less dialogue! Still, I’m anxious for 3 to come out, and the cover art for it looks a little more awesome being that its Willow all magical painted in blues!
Finally broke down and got one on Amazon.com. I frickin’ love that site! Anyways, so far so good! Now what to do w/the old clunker? Hopefully I can sell it!
Roy Davis Jr. rocked Lawrence last night and I shook my whole self until the music stopped. Deep house luvin’! I was high on sexy house baby-and made a total foolio of myself! SOOOO good to do again! Can I do that every Saturday night?
Could only get into the hostel for half my trip! Will have to work on this…cheap hotel I guess. My heart’s still only half into this right now because I miss Austin so bad, and trying to do everything those 10 days I want to do is a lot of work…especially after driving down from KC!
This is WAY easier to do when the weather is nice and the sun is streaming in and waking me at a decent hour to get up! In the summer I can actually fit in pages, coffee, and a brisk walk before going to work!!! I totally believe that if this goal is achieved, so many other disciplines in my life fall into place. Right now I’m struggling at it. Mornings are TOUGH!

Well, it took me many months because I would only read a bit every night before bed. Interesting book- if you can stand the frequent philosiphizing of the author. Think of it as a combo of romance novel, sci-fi novella, and marketing tool for “objectivism”. I rather enjoyed the sci-fi aspects which pick up after the 1st half of the book. I think pushing thru to that point was rather dull, but in the end I finally saw the downward destruction of society she was working towards. She really did make it kinda easy to keep up with- every character has some wacky name and characteristic to help you remember them- her allusions and metaphors are never subtle- and her obvious repetition when orating on her favorite topic “objectivision” made it easy to skim whole pages to skip ahead to the action. I read it so I would have a frame of reference if they ever produce a film like people have said is gonna happen—with possibly Angelina Jolie as Dagny. Interesting, huh? John Galt could be played by Brad Pitt!
I have decided to put a brake on the plans for bellydancing class. I love zumba! Found a great class w/a great teacher, so very happY! The combo of latin-dance, hip-hop, and eastern and african dance moves is aerobic and fun!
working out like crazy and being healthy did the trick! After drinking and having the pms, thought it would taste great—i just felt sick. i’m thinking they put hifructose corn syrup in their sour cream. i gotta look that up!!!
Would not recommend eyemaster’s for this goal if you are a super-picky person. My RX was filled 6 times before the quality was any good—the uv coating was all wacky. But, thrilled w/the end result after over 3 mths of haggling w/them!
