I have tried quitting before, and been succesfull. almost. When i try to quit i can leave it for a few weeks, i have even quit for a month. Yet i always go back. even if im not craving nicotine (ive tried the nicotine patch and it has worked wonders) i crave the act, the comfort, and the serenity i associate with having a cigarette. anyone have any tips to break the mental habbit, cause i think i can leave the physical one behind.

Im currently attending bartending school. Had my first test today and i rocked it. best mark in my class! I have also had some flair instruction, and am hoping to work that in to my busy routine.

My diet is terrible. The only thing keeping me in good shape is a few small workouts a week if that. For example: today i have consumed 4 cans of pop, 2 martinis, a vodka drink, 2 small bags of chips, an entire 4 serving box of popcorn chicken, some leftover jello salad. I have not had a peice of fruit in a week or two and vegetables are rare as well. Step one for me is cutting out pop, chips and other junk food and replacing them with water, juice, and fruits. It starts now, ill keep you updated.
