I am not obese and I am not fat either, but I am simply another girl who can’t help being conscious about her weight. Though I’m not overly conscious, I do know that I have to start watching what I eat because I realize that I tend to eat more than I should, especially over the weekends. I am not aiming for that stick thin, bulimic look. I just don’t want those flabs. I don’t have them. Not yet but if I go on with my McDonald’s delivery, microwaved popcorns and chips & homemade salsas, I have no else no blame but me.
So I want to control my eating habit with more greens and less meat.
