So my first book from the list was a book I own, but have never read. Wuthering Heights to me was a beacon. The one book in all books I found I just couldn’t get into, and I was determined to make it first on my list. But perseverance is a joy, because once you get into it, Wuthering Heights is nothing short of amazing.
The way I’m going to do this is read the books I read before first (I’ve read sixteen) and then read books from the list I own but have never read (Anna Karenina, I Capture The Castle and a few others)
My next book is my all time favourite book, as a treat for reading Wuthering Heights. I’m already halfway through Little Women.
Then, after that, my friend has lent me all the Princess Diaries books I don’t have myself. It always pains me to read the Princess Diaries, because as good as they are, they are actually some of Meg Cabot’s worst books in terms of writing style.
