I'm doing 30 things
Well, I don’t really know when this started, and I think I may have subconsciously started it in my own mind, but my girlfriend and I have been competing at how many instruments we can play (well). I’m at 3 (alto sax, bari sax, tenor sax), and she’s at 4 (alto sax, clarinet, quints (drums), tenor sax). I need a fourth instrument… and I know for a fact that flute is supposed to e a fairly easy sax double.

How I did it: I used a service I found on Lifehacker a while ago, OhLife. OhLife sends you an e-mail every day at 8:00 PM asking you how your day went. All you have to do is reply, and you have a journal. It also gives you a random flashback in every reminder. Great service, I highly recommend it. Read how I did it…

How I did it: Well, I went to a mixer at my girlfriend's school (we go to two different schools: I go to an all guy's school, she goes to an all girl's school). I didn't originally plan to go, but I found out that she was there, along with a few other friends, so I went. I have played a little at band camp ‘09, but we didn’t play that much. And now that the DM has graduated, and most of the people in my party aren’t in band anymore… I want to play more though.
