Eliminate Coffee

It has taken me since April to do this. I started by limiting the number of coffees I could have each week and then I stopped completely about three weeks ago. The first week was really hard and I was a bit irritable but I don’t miss it anymore at all! I drink Chai when I want a coffee instead. I don’t feel the after effects anymore and the few times I had a coffee when I was down to not much at all I felt physically sick for the rest of the day. I’m so glad I finally did it!
