I’ve been putting off posting a second recipe for days now, but finally got round to it. It’s far easier and takes much less time than I thought.

This one was for a cheesy pasta and broccoli bake that I adore.

Am very determined to keep going. Must not procrastinate so much again…

Well, I’m halfway there: I’ve started up a blog over at http://budgetveggie.wordpress.com/ and have posted my first recipe.

Now all I have to do is motivate myself to keep going with it. This is usually the part where I fail miserably, though, so I’m not holding out great hope.
