I’m back to reading alone, but I’m more focused since I have a specific project. I’m learning Psalm 119. It’s the longest chapter in the bible, but it has a lot of wisdom in it too. I have until the end of June to learn it. I was trying to learn 1 verse a day, but I fell behind. I’ve only learned 11 verses since January 2nd but I’m determined.

How I did it: Since I am working on starting my own business and since I want to put new goals on my page, I have to get this one off. I don't want to remove the goal because I want to see the goals I have been working on. I just need to move it. Anyone who wants to move to New York or work in New York should definitely do it! I don't regret working there at all. I never wanted to live in the city so I lived in New Jersey… Read how I did it…
ntg just cheered this and that made me think about this goal. My niece has such insight and wisdom about the whole introvert/extrovert thing. She shared it with me this past Sunday and it was quite enlightening. She said that its not that introverts dislike people and hanging out, but that it drains our batteries. Sometimes its a quick drain if there is a lot of drama going on and sometimes its a slow drain, but draining nonetheless. We need our alone/quiet time to recharge. I’ve been thinking about this a lot. I wonder if extroverts get recharged by spending time with people and being social. That would explain the push/pull between me and my mother. She is definitely a total extrovert. She wants to spend as much time with me as humanly possible, which feels like way too much contact and togetherness for me. All that chattering makes me want to run away. I just spent a week with my niece and we got along really well even though her apartment is small. But she is an introvert AND she doesn’t talk a lot, which is refreshing for me.
Anyway, I’m not so sure I want to be more social anymore. I like myself as I am.
working on the business is taking up all of my time at the moment. I finally got organized concerning this goal. I wasted a lot of time but now I am moving and shaking.
