So now that I have a son, this really isn’t a problem. You can’t “snooze” a toddler. I can’t say I’ve accomplished this goal though, because I bet that if it wasn’t for him, I’d still be hitting snooze all the time.

When I try this, I’m going to go full out. So step 1 for me is to set up my environment and myself in such a way that I have a greater chance of succeeding. First goal is to train my body to get up as soon as the alarm clock rings.
It’s all about practicing (while you’re completely awake!) This is step 1 to my goal of trying polyphasic sleep.
