How to Meet Tori (and Lots of Other People, Too) 4 years ago

Hang out behind the venue (or wherever the loading doors are) before the show. Tori almost always comes out to meet everyone at some point during the day. Apparently, she does something similar after the show, as well, but it’s a lot calmer and more organized pre-show. I got to the venue around 9am and she came over and talked to everyone around 3pm after getting back from a radio interview. It’s a fun experience, though, talking to lots of other fans and watching them unload the truck with all of the pianos. (And her security guards have a habit of checking your tickets and upgrading you if you have crappy seats. One person I know traded her balcony seats for 5th row center.)

I donate money when I can and I’ve donated a 17” ponytail to Locks of Love but I need to volunteer more of my time and actually do something instead of just bitching about it.
