How I did it: First I came up with some playlists. Okay, a LOT of playlists. I have some strange ones, such as "Things that make you go Hm" as well as normal ones like "Favorites". I also had several specific playlists for workouts. After I got done organizing my songs, I decided to go through my iPod, and listen to all of them to get rid of anything I didn't like, or didn't record right. That part too… Read how I did it…
How I did it: Ate sensibly, kept track of what I ate, exercised every single day. I am not on any specific diet, just eating better and healthier. More fruits and veggies and lean meat, and no junk food. I can HAVE it, if I want it, but I don't. Read how I did it…

A library in a converted house, or possibly what was once a business years ago, Duvall library has wood floors, and a very homey feel. When we visited, on 3:00 pm on a weekday, all of the computers were busy. The library is right next to a bookstore, which I thought was a fun combination. Located right downtown, it is close to everything. The staff was very friendly, and I enjoyed the slightly funky atmosphere.
So the weather has finally cooled off enough I feel like cooking freezer-worthy batches of food, and the first thing I made was old-fashioned hamburger chili. While not as traditional as some, this is one of my husband’s favorites. Although honestly, I think he still prefers canned, haha.
Good with – corn bread, flat bread, or tortillas, and topped with grated cheese or sour cream.
