The zoo party has come and gone, and it was loads of fun. The little ones were occupied all afternoon with the hire toys (and the pebbles!), and the adults had a relaxed time and some simple, healthy food. We got a few nice photos, too.
So far I’ve done lamb shanks and lamb stew in the slow cooker – both pretty good!
Next I should probably branch out and try some chicken or a beef curry… Yum…
