I know I have a healthy diet. I eat bran cerals with lite milk, I drink ginger and lemon, and green teas only and water about ten glasses a day or more, today I even ate a pure raw vegetable mix for lunch, no dressing. It tasted quite good, except I was so full I couldn’t finish. Vegetables expand in your stomach making you feel fuller than ever, which is great. I also eat lots of salmon and I thrive on steamed bokchoy and brocolli. I try to exercise often, but I don’t know how much is enough to fit in with my lifestyle, and how much I should do to achieve another goal of mine (to flatten my stomach). How much exercise and what types should a busy student do every week? I need my body to adjust well to it, and it shouldnt be too much, Im no athlete…
Im such an excusemaker. I slept in for an hour today because i hit my head on my desk when i woke up. So much time that could have been used to have a good breakfast for once.
