Iceland helped. Having regular meals of healthy fish – didn’t feel such an urge to snack – perhaps because I was happy and not bored. Those habits carried over to my life here. Clothes fitting better. Particularly cutting back on sugary junk. Also really succeeded in cutting back on that bacon. Also like the efficiency of not having to cook it.

My motivation is high. Want to sleep better, move better, feel better.
Want to dance again. Perhaps I should start now. Now is always a good time.

Really need to do this every day. I’m grateful to have gone to Iceland, seen its glaciers and fjords and waterfalls and fumaroles and mud pots and craters and cities. Grateful to have kitty waiting for me when I returned. Grateful, always, for my friends.

OK, This seemed like a good idea 7 months ago

at the time. But what was I thinking?

The title – peace in 21 days – is rather a joke. I did think I’d get through at least 3 – 4 days of the tasks w/o giving up. Sigh!
