Two school age children from an orphanage 3 hours away from Moscow. It isn’t easy, raising children never is but it is rewarding to know that we may have saved their lives. The survival rate outside the orphanage is grim. They are healthy and loved. Children are a blessing.

It has been about 5 weeks since I donated 13”. It has been an adjustment to short hair. I barely have enough to put into a hair elastic. I am happy to have given what I have in abundance. I may even do it again.
We ended up adopting our foster child. Yes, I would do it again. Investing in the life of a child is always worth it.
