How I did it: I've always been one of those teenagers that never really has a bedtime, and stays up as long as I want to, but I would also be one of those that had to get up really early in the morning for school. I basically just started going to bed about 15 minutes earlier each night, until I got used to it. Been maintaining for a few weeks, so I expected to be the same, or only a slight dif.
Got on the scales and it said 8 stone 8!
Yeah, I only lost 2lbs, so I’m 120, but 8.8 looks so much better than 8.10!
