Junk is my main vice. Without it, the weight would just fall off. So tomorrow, I’m going to try and go without it. Usually I say I can’t have it for a month or so and fail cos I think long term. Hopefully if I go by each day rather than a period of time, I’ll be able to seriously cut the amount down.

How I did it: I've always been one of those teenagers that never really has a bedtime, and stays up as long as I want to, but I would also be one of those that had to get up really early in the morning for school. Great time, but not for food. I’m making a pact that tomorrow I will not eat junk food. I think I need to take it a day at a time to give it up. Breakfast is small bowl of cereal lunch some fruit and dinner will probably be something thats around 500 cals or my family will get suspicious. Binged today and im gonna need ro eat more cause my stepdad interupted my hour on the exercise bike and i was on for fifteen mins and only burnt 159! And he will aak if ive had dinner so id better eat summit. I just hope my body can naturally burn a lot of the stuff I ate!
