After many many fruitless searches thru Office Depo, Staples, office supply sections of Meijers, Biggs, Walmart & miscellaneous stores & online sites….i finally located the website of the original appointment journal subscription that i’d been receiving till this year. At first, they were out of 2009 books, but thankfully (being rather late in the whole calendar season) they restocked, i ordered, and it is on its way to me right now
So yay! Again, its petty, terribly expensive to buy this personalized journal, and as it will be Feb 23rd or later before i start, kinda counter-productive to actually DOING this goal. But as it will be the 4th year i’ve used this same journal, it will be kinda cool to have an accruing collection of bound, personalized, year-stamped-in-gold journals…..even if i’m quite late into the year to start using them…
(lol)
p.s. Btw, if anyone else is interested in joining me in extreme indulgence for a simple goal, here’s the appt journals’ website

the last 2 weeks have gone better. I’ve consistently gotten up between 8:30am – 10:30am, and routinely been sleepy and gone to sleep btwn 12mid – 2am. i still need a nap during the days, but not as lengthy as before
I started working again with my holistic healer / accupuncturist for IBS about a month ago, and she told me i’d been dealing with a severe spleen imbalance….which makes wipes out one’s energy, & creates excessive exhaustion. As that has been restored, i’ve found my sleep returning to its original rhythms…
the most significant sign of this is that i’m awaking up btwn 8:30 & 10:30am Without any sort of alarm ~Yay!
so i’m checking this off for now….i think it’s finally under control. Now just to get some exercise into my rountine, and more productivity into my day….

we’re always debating on prompts for the next month meeting, and some times we’ll have several good ideas, versus others we’re struggling to think of something. It’d be a good idea to accrue them as we think of them, rather than always trying to think of one impromptu each month…
i used to keep a list of topics / ideas on the back page of one of my writing journals, as well as lists of questions culled from various sources. Problem was, i spent so much time “mulling” over which one to write about, i usually used up whatever writing time i had. A journal jar would get me to be more spontaneous and JUST WRITE !
