Okay starting again for like the 30th time-_-
If I lose 10 pounds I will finally be at my goal weight of 120-125. I keep fluctuating between 130-135. I have recently started my weights, pilates, cardio exercise routine, if i stick to it for a month i lose 10 pounds, my problem is i never stick to it. Hopefully this time will be different. I am using a calendar for once so i can mark the days I exercise and my break days and my goal days. Wish me luck!
There is this guy I have been on and off dating for 2yrs and during us dating and even after we talked seriously and joked about having sex. We are both virgins, and I am completely comfortable with him, although I dont at the moment like him the way I used to, we always end up back together. As a friend he’s amazing, and I really dont consider the first time a big deal. Its just I cant decide if i want to or not. I know I wouldnt regret it and I know we’d be safe,but i have no real feelings towards it. Any advice?
So in a month i lost 6 pounds and it felt amazing, then i got busy again completly dropped everything and in 2 weeks i gained back everything.
Im really bored with the routine i was doing although it worked, and i have more time then i did when i lost the 6 pounds, but i cant seem to be motivated. Anyone have any sugestions?

Well not super yay, but this week im going to try to stick to a diet and then ill add exercise next week hopefully. So today I ate pretty well
Breakfast: half a cinnamon scone, hot chocolate
snack:carrots, almonds
lunch:apple, juice
dinner: chile w/ beef
Drinks: Diet Soda
I didnt really exercise today but i did hang out at the park, so i guess that could count, im going to try and run tomorrow morning. wish me luck!
Is it better to exercise in the morning or a night or does it not matter? Cause i heard that the morning was better since you havent eaten anything yet, so you just burn fat. However, I heard you also burn muscle when you have eaten so im kind of confused.
Oh and is it better to work out in parts like throughout the day or all at once? PLEASE HELP!

Im happy apparently I lost 5 poounds, but i cant tell>< I think its a glich…Everymorning for breakfast I have carrots and celery…so now im 130…10 pounds to go…I think exercising in the morning HELPS a lot, I just feel better…so hopefully in the next few weeks ill be down to 125 crosses fingers Wish me luck!
Okay i eat maybe 1700 calories a day, I run for about 40 minutes and do 30 minutes of weights at least 4 to 7 times a week and yet I still lose nothing, nada..and its not like im fat, but im not skinny at all, I actually think i gained weight…im 5’5 135 pounds when i want to be 5’5 120 pounds…anyone have any suggestions? Im thinking about cutting back more calories><

I started running 2-3 miles everyday, but i cant keep a plan for long. I really want to go on a diet of some sort, but I dont know which to choose. Well back to the drawing board
i would love to go camping with just my friends and I, it would be amazing! I love the outdoors and friends are always a plus. lol
So I’ve asked two guys out before, one was my best friend and he liked me but we really didnt do anything, no dates or anything, so that didnt last long. The other guy became my boyfriend,so its definaly worth doing, but it gets so old and you just want to be asked out for once.
It was raining obviously and i was so excited when my boyfriend kissed me, it was so much fun. However it was pretty much a one time deal he really doesnt like rain lol
My goals to get it in december but i doubt thats gonna happen so next year when im 18 Im definatly gettin it. My nose is to long and wide for my face so annoying its awful!
This show made me love anime! I watched all 167 episodes in a week over the summer plus the 4 movies. I was obsessed, so now i read the manga i cant get enough of it.
Ive been wanting to do this sinse 8th grade, even though the countries keep changing right now its Ireland, Wales, United Kingdom, Netherlands, Austria, Germany, Greece, Italy, Spain, France and Czech Republic. This will all be done in 2months lol. My friends and I have been saving forever its pretty much our graduation present to ourselves:)
Im 5’5 133 pounds, not overweight or anything its just I want to be 123 again! I miss being skinny it was so nice, so now for maybe the 80th time im gonna try again. Anyone have any sugestions how to stay motivated? My goal is to lose 1-2 pounds a week, the more the merrier. I just dont know how to go about doing so, i used to run 5 miles a day and nothing happened, so i stopped. I did aerobics for 3 weeks, lost 5 pounds got bored and gained it all back. Im trying the whole cut calorie things wish me luck.
