I’m back to eating very quickly.
I’m not entirely sure why this has happened but I at least notice that it’s happening.

My biggest problem at the moment is babbling.
I tend to tell my SO about everything that happened when we weren’t together.
I’m actually considering starting a podcast so I can babble to someone but not my SO who really prefers some quiet time.
I spend a significant portion of my day without anyone to talk to so he ends up getting the brunt of all my stored up talkativeness.
I don’t want to stop expressing myself. But I do need to do it more appropriately.
Writing in my LJ helps. But, there are times I want to express things to someone as opposed to just expressing them.
I went no ‘poo about six months ago. I’m so happy with my hair now. It’s soft and is growing well.
It’s actually less work overall but it was frustrating in the beginning. My hair doesn’t even end up feeling gross until it hasn’t been rinsed in about 3 days. I think I use baking soda and vinegar on it about bi-weekly.
I’m saving money, have healthier hair, am putting fewer ‘weird’ things in and on my body, and am devoting less time to my hair. All in all it’s a great thing.
