I have 2 pounds left to lose and one week to do it in. Even if I miss my target date by one week I am still OK with the goal as long as I lose the ten pounds.
I have seen wall hangings where the shape of a fish or crab is fossilized in cement or plaster of some sort. When I have time I would like to do a little research and give it a shot. Has anyone out there done this?
