Aargh! Another 2 weeks?!! 17 months ago

Its been 4 weeks since I said I was starting the Cambridge diet again – but I haven’t.

To be fair I have started some medication which may have some crazy side effects so my doctor has advised me not to embark on a low calorie diet at the same time so I have to wait another 4 weeks. That frustrated me until I looked on here & realised that I’d already let 4 weeks idle by for no reason without a thought & I was just reacting to someone else telling me I couldn’t do something – What a baby! Ha ha. I’m over it now. So, here’s to another 4 weeks of being a heffa. Ho hum, noone to blame but myself.

On reading my list, a “helpful” friend told me he had the solution to the goal about being on time – “You just need to arrive at places & events at the time you say you will”
