Set 1 = 20
Set 2 = 20
Set 3 = 20
Set 4 = 20

2 min rest between sets. Started to get a stitch after set 3 on the right side. Both sides after set 4 and 5. Grip started getting weak after set 5. A tendon started hurting in my left thumb during the sixth set, so I stopped. That and my whole body was about done.
It’s been so long since I did these that I’m not sure why I’ve gotten better at them. Maybe just being used to the effects of doing them is making my body better able to cope with the stress.
I did a couple of sets today with a student, but the furnace is not working and I didn’t warm up enough. My left quad cramped pretty badly and I couldn’t do more than two sets (with some cleans, presses, and warriors thrown in.)
