I’d rather bite off something that I definitely can’t chew than choke on something I should be able to. Progress reports at my site for more info on the ongoing beeswax that is my new book “Welcome to Pixleton”.
I found a cool method to collect all of my random thoughts and epiphanies: xPad. It is an application for the Macintosh that can always be set in the background to low opacity and contains all documents in an easy to reach sidebar. It auto saves every few minutes so I don’t ever need to worry about managing files.
When I’m away from the computer I take notes on Stickies becuase they are easy to rearrange or destroy. Then I collect them until their ready to be entered.
In just a week I have a few very provocative documents filled with ideas and life lessons.
Since I’m so scatterbrained I really needed to get into the habit of this, and it has paid off in full!
(I know, I know, I’m very lame.)
