My motivation factor is very high right now, and I have kicked it into high gear. I’m examining a couple business ideas that leverage my current skill set. I imagine I will continue to work my current job until I’m comfortable with making with switch full time.

Next Steps:
-Market Research
-Create a Business Plan
-Determine minimum funding for startup

Shifting gears, this is a priority goal for me now. I should be able to pass both exams with the work experience I have, but I rather not chance it.

Going to hit the books and study a everyday.

Not quite sure about this goal, but I figure I would add it to the list. I have a working knowledge of Cisco switches, which is enough to get by on the job.

Becoming an expert in SQL/MySQL and VMWare is higher on my priority list, and I do not envision myself as a CCIE or CCNP in the future.

But in the interest of having well-rounded skills, I’m going to add it to the things I want to accomplish.
