For the first week I was fantastic! I did something every single day – even it was only 10 minutes, it was 10 more minutes then I had done the previous week.
but lately … nothing – no motivation – no interest… I don’t know what is wrong with me. It started it with a lack of time issue (in the beginning it was genuine) and now its a ‘lack of time’ issue!
I don’t know… part of me thinks ill never achieve it… I think I need hypnotizing into believing I love exercise – anyone else feel like that?
