Walk Manhattan..FAST..from Canal & Mullberry..to
42nd and eight….
I did it the other day without smoking.
It is very rude to smoke on streets of NYC and
blow smoke as people walk by.
Especially since there is no other place for them to go.
Then walk back…
Going to sleep..
When wake up..chew orbits
and walk 3 miles…
I found walking takes cravings away.
Just mad I started back up again way back in March.09
Stupid me spending all that money to…
INHALE…....
Poison….
And top it off…Was a closet smoker too…
Hated to smoke in front of family,friends and work..
I would sneak it..
Yeah Right…like they did not know..
Reminds me of back in H.S…when someone would go to
to bathroom to smoke one and then come back…
Smell would be bad as they passed by.
Smoking did NOT help me loose weight either..
Walking…and eating right did…
False hope smoking killed hunger..
Will give a another try..a day at a time.
