Another reason to (stay) quit: I don't want my loved ones to burn alive!

Smoking doesn’t just effect the Smoker’s Health

According to the American Burn Association, about 900 people in the United States die each year in fires started by cigarettes, and about 2,500 are injured. About 100 of the fire deaths each year are children and nonsmokers. Nationally, annual human and property costs of fires caused by careless smoking total about $6 billion.

Last Night's Dream

I woke up today remembering a dream from last night. Apparently in the dream at some point I was smoking a cancer stick or had just finished having one of those nasty things. I recalled highly negative emotions surrounding the situation in the dream- my body felt run down, my motivation felt out the door, the people I care about were disappointed. Awake and knowing I hadn’t actually smoked was such a relief! That dream was a nice reminder of how much I don’t want anything to do with hurting my body and stealing from my future self!

If you need help with quitting please let me know, I will help how I can. It has changed my life so much for the better!
