Amazed and Happy
How I did it: I used a video on youtube by spiritspeakscouk, called Guided Meditation to Find and Meet Your Spirit Guide. I did it twice, the first time it was blurry, my body got heavy and i felt a single tear run down my face, but when I reached up, it was dry. Second time, i actually saw my spirit guide fully, and learned her name! The first time is sort of opening you up to your animal, and the second time is spending quality time.
