My back is in a fairly bad state (side whiplash in a car accident as a teen + years of bad posture + years of working on a computer all day + sedentary lifestyle) and giving me regular trouble.
At the moment I’m trying to keep it in check with pilates + heat + some chiropractor appointments, but it’s not enough:(
I had a trial yoga class in September, and I felt great afterwards! So I definitely want to repeat the experience.

I’m now in the 2nd module of my evening sewing class… Things are going great:-)
I have made jogging pants which look good + are really comfy! I am now making a t-shirt, which is almost finished. Next up is a skirt:-)

I really enjoy it and it’s great for relaxing after a stressful day at work… I think my creative side had been bottled up for too long, it feels really nice to release it!
