One day I just decided that I needed to start eating better, I wasn’t fat or anything but I didn’t have any energy and I wasn’t toned and definitely not in shape. So i just decided to start eating better and exercising, It really is the only way. I just watch what I eat and it isn’t that hard. The best thing to do is make sure you have healthy snacks around the house instead of popcorn, icecream, and chocolate, or whatever your favorite indulgence is. My personal favorite is just having a bag of premade salad in the fridge that way whenever I get a snack craving I eat that. Plus a bowl of salad with out dressing is only 15 calories. And skipping breakfast really is the worst thing, I eat a plum and banana for breakfast I mean how hard is that, its also easy to take on the go.
As far as exercising, I have a ab machine which I do crunches on but you don’t need one, you’ll get the same result on the floor, but my favorite way to exercise is to do something I have fun doing. Like jump roping or dancing in my living room with my sister or a friend, just turn up the music and dance.

I have so much more energy now and have a new respect for my body and absolutely love it.
