“Try to do everything in the world with a mind that lets go. If you let go a little you will have a little peace. If you let go a lot, you will have a lot of peace. If you let go completely, you will know complete peace and freedom. Your struggles with the world will have come to an end.” (-Achaan Chah)

I took my first Yang Tai Chi class today. I found it to be difficult and frustrating at times, and yet, very enjoyable. I plan to continue with the classes. Not only did I enjoy the fulfillment that comes with trying something new, but I felt like my feelings of beginner’s frustration and clumsiness are challenges worth working through. I look forward to making progress on this goal in the months to come!
