Whiffco

Have now read several books on the subject of art promotion and realise that I have a lot of work ahead of me. There is a lot of work that I need to do before I can even start on the promotion side of things.

However it struck me, as I was looking into this, that the art market is completely geared to selling only those people that have been to art school. I find this particularly unfair as there are many talented artists who have been self-taught. Nonetheless I shall persevere.

Purely a selfish vote as I wouldn’t mind any other European city but with my schedule would be unlikely to make it.

My little one is a talented artist but she cannot live by talent alone (http://www.artbycassandra.com). I need to start to look at promoting her art and finding her an agent because I am certainly not up to the job. I need to make sure she is noticed in order for her to sell her work.
