Okay, I can do and I can do it fairly well, it was worth learning, but for me knitting is about relaxing and enjoyment not speed so I think I still prefer to “throw” when I knit.

I was at the doctor yesterday and weigh even more than I thought I did. We all need to add more healthy food to our diets and stop grabbing fast food because we’re busy.
My stitch tension has improved, and it doesn’t feel as alien. I still prefer purling, which is funny because I hate when I am throwing…I have picked up an all knit scarf in a lace weight yarn I have been working on and am practicing on this.
