Ways to patience:
get a husband
get a husband who’s never had to pick up after himself
get a husband who’s never had to pick up after himself because his mother’s always done it – and his laundry and…..

add two kids.



Have a doula

Ok so it wasnt a professional doula, but my Bradley-trained husband. But he was better than any doula could’ve been – amazing! I am sold on the Bradley method of husband-coached childbirth.
