If I would pay attention to the time at night & went to bed so I could get at least 6 to 7.5 hours of sleep… I could do this. Of course, if I didn’t schedule anything in the morning before 11….. I could stay up until 3 (am)!!! I think I am, basically, on Hawaii time (but living on the East Coast of USA).
