Start by doing the opposite! Set your alarm clock to 1-2 hours before your normal waking hour. Take a good shot of coffee and a hot shower, and start the day!
By the evening, you will be completely dead, and forced to go to bed a lot earlier than usual. Now you can put back your alarm to normal time, and try to keep up with the early bed time!

I registered the new project on sourceforge today. I’ll see if it gets accepted…
If it does, the next step is to make it popular, and to find other developpers to work with me… I guess this is the hardest part…
If ever you want to check it out, here it is: http://tagnotes.sourceforge.net . The goal of the project is to make a program to help people organize their thoughts, like an improved diary. It uses tags for post classification. Drop me a line if you like it!
I’ve dropped all the things that are not important to me, i am “working (as in doing what’s important for me) 24h a day (which involves 9 hours of sleep)
I turns out doing what you really want to do and being determined to do so pays off! I’m more confident and happier since i started living this way
