I'm doing 43 things
Every since I was a little girl, I have dreamed of having my own home. Now that I’m grown up, married, and trying (desperately) to become a mama, I want a home even more.
My dream house doesn’t have a particular look in my mind. Sometimes it’s a huge mediterranean house on the beach. Sometimes it’s a tiny cozy 1920’s bungalow. Sometimes it’s a Victorian home, with a big porch that is hung with fuchsia plants. Sometimes it’s a log cabin chalet in an autumn forest.
Right now, my husband and I cannot afford to have our own studio apartment, let alone a house. I have no idea how we’ll ever have enough money to do it. But we still dream about it!
I don’t care whether our house winds up being a mansion or a tiny cape, it will be beautiful to us and it will be HOME.
