All my life I have wanted to prove the validity of things like the existence of atlantis. I have my own theories and conclusions, but I am hoping that a career in Archeology will bring me closer to the truth.
For now I am partially accepting the idea that Atlantis is Antarctica and I am equally annoyed with discoverers of lost islands constantly calling their discovery Atlantis. This planet is more water than land and who knows how many islands have sunken into the seas since the dawning of time, so calling every sunken island atlantis is just lunacy, but that doesn’t mean Atlantis isn’t out there.
Somewhere.
So far I have compiled a map of possible locations and pondering possible spots in the Atlantic Ocean because I find it odd how similar the names are: Atlantic vs. Atlantis…

I went to the Boston University site and filled out most of my application via Appleyweb(?), and I feel good. I was looking at accelerated degree programs, but what’s a year when I can go on digs for extra credit and use my passed experiences to get through most classes anyway?
I am very excited.
I hope I get accepted.
Are these wise? I’ve been checking out Accelerated Degree Programs on the web today. Alot of well-established Universities have them, but the choices are slim. I am just wondering if I will miss out on something if I chose to take 3 years instead of four, but then again, I can always transfer credits and still reduce the time I spend in a University.
I am confused.
Last night I went up to the Blue Hills with my Mead Telescope and binoculars. I saw some peculiar shooting stars, but every time I tried to zero in on them, they moved. Kind of curious though. I wish I brought my camera.
When I was younger I saw a whole host of bizarre things, and I was happy! I went ghosthunting with my best friend, and camping in the blue hills, looking for UFO’s. But for the passed five years, I haven’t engaged in any of those activities and life is just boring and an endless stream of wake up, go to work, go home, go to bed.
I need to see a UFO. I need to look up in awe and think…and know, “There is something better out there…something cooler and something exciting.”

I went to school for Fashion Design and got an AA because I wanted to hurry up and get into the industry. Well, I did and I realized I want to be an Archeologist. So now here I am, twenty-seven years old, struggling in the Fashion Industry and wishing I was excavating artifacts. I want to get a Bachelor’s in Archeology or an equivalent like History and then proceed to a Ph.D…but first things first, I need my bachelor’s. I’ve checked out a million schools, I am still struggling with school loans from Art school, so I don’t even think I can get money again. I am actually quite stressed over the situation. Hopefully I can find like-minded individuals, on the same path. I need to talk.
