Make sure you have a plan... I did. 6 months ago

Opening your own restaurant isn’t easy… I should know as I have opened and operated over 15 restaurants and cafes in the past 20 years. I have retired from that now, however what gave me a leg up was using the the best management tools and software including a really good restaurant marketing campaign. Keep your goal alive and learn as much as you can before you get there.
